Palletisers

	PS 465 Layer Palletiser Versatile Palletiser designed to handle a wide range of products in trays, boxes or shrink wrapped bundles at speeds of between 10 and 50 packs per minute. On request the Palletiser can be fitted with an empty pallet magazine, automatic layer sheet device and various stacking patterns.

	RPG474 Robotic Palletiser Flexible Palletiser designed to handle loose products, trays and shrink wrapped bundles. The system can be fitted with multiple heads to provide maximum flexibility and to insert layer sheets between layers as required. Various stacking formats can be handled through the PC Link.

	MP 412 Mini/Compact Palletisers Small compact units designed to be placed at the end of each production line. Operating with either small plastic mini pallets (400 mm square) or standard wooden pallets. Pallets can be fed automatically from a magazine or alternatively manually fed depending upon space constraints.

	PL441-MS Multi-Station Palletiser Versatile Palletiser handling cases, trays, plastic crates and shrink wrapped bundles. The machine is suitable for loading different products on to separate pallets using a single palletising head. The Palletiser can be equipped to handle up to four separate pallets and to handle pallets of varying sizes.


Dolly Handling

	PLB340 Palletiser Mariani has designed and installed a number of systems handling GKN Dollies and Half Dollies. The system can be linked to Case Packaging and Palletising equipment, capable of handling Dollies at up to 40 Units per hour. Dollies can be loaded with Jumbo Trays, Cases, Shrink Wrapped Packs using Layer Palletisers or Robotic Palletising Techology. Pallet Checking Systems

	Systems designed to identify damage pallets which may cause stoppages to an automatic palletising production line. The system can operate with different pallet types and sizes at up to 140 pallets per hour. The system checks the size of the pallets, quality of pallets and for missing wooden blocks and protruding nails.
