With our experience we can work with you to find the solution which best matches your requirements whether it is a conventional layer machine, robotic solution or gantry style palletiser. The palletiser can be supplied singularly or as part of a large integrated system comprising of pack conveyors, pallet handling (including pallet magazines, pallet conveyor, shuttle cars etc) and the final pallet wrapping and labelling.
Existing installations in the UK are palletising onto a wide range of pallet types. These include Dollies, RDP’s, Half pallets, UK chep, Euro and various plastic pallets.
We have experience of handling cases, shrink wrapped packs, buckets, bulk bags, crates, open trays and many other outers containing everything from cans and bottles to pouches and bakery goods.
